1.¿Cómo surgió la idea de Unconditional?
Empecé Unconditional a mi tienda “Concrete” y creció a partir de ahí... Supongo que pensé que había algo que estaba buscando que no pude encontrar, así que empecé mi propia colección.
1.How did the idea of unconditional?
I started UNCONDITIONAL for my shop Concrete and it grew from there… I guess I thought there was something I was looking for that I could not find… so I started my own collection…
2.¿Cómo describiría usted la ropa Unconditional?
Halagadora sensual, y en realidad muy sexy, esas son las principales credenciales. La mayoría de las cosas, incluso si son relativamente básicas tienen algún toque
2.How would you describe the unconditional clothes ?
Sensual, flattering, and actually quite sexy, are the main credentials. Most things, even if they are relatively basic have some twist.

3.Al elegir los materiales para sus creaciones ¿Qué busca?
En general, me gusta que sean naturales y producidos éticamente, usando colorantes y demás productos sostenibles. Eso es importante para mí. La moda no es realmente verde, Nosotros compramos cosas que a veces no necesitamos, - pero podemos tratar de hacer la moda un poco más verde. La sensación de los tejidos es muy importante para mí, incluyendo los revestimientos, tiendo a usar sólo algodón, seda, cachemira, lana y cuero.
3.When choosing materials for their creations What are you looking for?
Generally I like them to be natural and ethically produced, using sustainable dyes etc . That’s important to me. Fashion is not really green, we are all buying things we don’t really need, - but we can try to make it a bit greener. The feel of the fabrics is very important to me, including the linings; I tend just to use cotton, silk, cashmere, wool and leather.
4.¿Dónde encuentra la inspiración para los diseños?
En cualquier lado, la mayor parte es de una mezcla de cosas que he observado durante los años. De todo, incluyendo cine, música, y especialmente la naturaleza. Creo que la vida de las calles de Londres también desempeña un papel muy importante, grandes cosas influyen a un nivel muy subconsciente. Todo va en una gran olla a mezclarse y salen ideas un poco más frescas y nuevas.
4.Where do you find the inspiration for the designs?
All over the place, most of it is from a mixture of things I have observed over the years. From everything including film, music, and especially nature. I guess London street life also plays a big part- many things are influential on a very subconscious level. Its all goes into a big mixing pot and outcome something a bit fresh and new.
5.¿Qué tipo de persona que compra el incondicional?
Nuestros clientes provienen de todos los ámbitos de la vida, pero por lo general tienden a ser bastante cool, creativos y quieren algo un poco diferente.
5.What kind of person buys the Unconditional?
Our customers come from all walks of life…..but generally they tend to be quite cool, creative and want something a bit different…
6. Algunos de sus clientes son grandes estrellas como Madonna y Brad Pitt, ¿cómo se sintió al enterarse de esto?
Es genial, Creo que es muy halagador cuando alguien a quien admires elige usar tu ropa. Pero a veces la gente lo usa realmente mal, pero esa es otra historia! Debo decir que cuando me dijeron que Madonna había comprado unas UNCONDITIONAL yo me sentí muy feliz! También me sentí igual de contento cuando supe que otra clienta era Cameron Díaz, la adoro y ella es una chica muy unconditional.
6. Some of the buyers are big stars like Madonna and Brad Pitt, how do you felt upon know of this?
It’s cool, I guess it is quite flattering when someone you admire chooses to wear your clothes. But sometimes people wear it really badly, but it’s another story !! I must say when I was told Madonna had bought some UNCONDITIONAL I was quite happy! Cameron Diaz also made me really pleased, I love her and think she’s such an UNCONDITIONAL girl.
7.¿Qué persona famosa que le gustaría ver vistiendo sus diseños?
Para ser sincero, no es algo que me preocupe, sin embargo cuando alguien lo hace puede ser muy halagador, Unconditional han sido vestido por muchas celebridades, pero en realidad me gusta mucho cuando veo Unconditional, en el público en general, eso es algo agradable de ver y siempre una sorpresa. Me encanta cuando alguien hace lo propio, realmente te hace pensar en ello. Aun que tal vez Angelina Jolie, ella es simplemente hermosa en todos los niveles.
7. What famous person who would like to see wearing your designs?
To be honest I’m not really bothered, and yet when someone does it can be quite flattering , we have dressed many celebrities, but I actually really like it when I see UNCONDITIONAL own by the general public- that’s a nice thing to see and always a surprise. I love when someone makes it their own, actually thinking about it, but maybe Angelina Jolie, she’s just gorgeous on every level.
8. Anteriormente incondicional ha desfilado en Londres y en la New York Fashion Week, como se siente eso?
Es bueno viajar por todo el mundo y la exponer diferentes cosas, su importancia también para ver quién vas a diseñar. Estaremos desfilando en Londres de nuevo en septiembre, y hemos hecho un desfile en Ámsterdam este mes de julio también.
8.Previously unconditional has marched in London and New York Fashion week, as does that feel?
It is good travelling around the world and being exposed to different things- its important also to see who you are designing for. We are showing in London again in September, and did a runway show in Amsterdam this July also.
9. Actualmente está trabajando en un proyecto?
Estamos abriendo una gran tienda en Manchester a finales de julio, y luego tal vez Los Angeles…
9. Is currently working on a project?
We are opening a big store in Manchester at the end of July, and then maybe Los Angeles…
10. ¿Tienes una ropa fetiche especial?
Mi ropa favorita se encuentra en la adaptación arquitectónica contra el tejido formando drapeados. Me gusta mucho el equilibrio y la mezcla de los opuestos. Y me encanta jugar con la androginia.
10. Have special fetish clothing?
My favorite clothing is architectural tailoring set against drape. I really like a balance and mixture of opposites. And I love playing with androgeny .
